Abdullah Aly was a research assistant at PICSL, working with Alison Pouch and Paul Yushkevich on cardiac and medical image analysis. Abdullah contributed to segmentation of the left ventricular mitral valve complex (STACOM 2019), fully automated modeling of the left ventricle and mitral valve (Medical Image Analysis, 2022), and an open-source tool for designing synthetic skeletons for medial modeling (Journal of Medical Imaging, 2024).
