Biography
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Radiology, and the technical lead for the image analysis module for the Penn Vision Research Center). My research is on the development of novel image-based analysis methods for the study of the brain and eye. I am currently investigating several projects involving:
- Automated alignment and montaging of retinal adaptive optics SLO imaging
- Atlasing and distortion correction of multi-modal ophthalmic Imaging and rodent brain imaging
- Graph-based analysis of brain network connectivity in frontal temporal lobe dementia (FTLD)
- Segmentation and quantification of histopathology microscopy
