Research Overview: I am a Ph.D. student of Computer and Information Science working on medical image analysis under the supervision of Prof. Jim Gee. I received master and bachelor degrees in computer science from Tsinghua University. My research interests include optimization methods and parallel algorithms for image registration. Projects:
- ITKv4: Quasi-Newton optimizer, parameter scale estimator and GPU-based image registration
- GPU memory management for Demons registration
- Interactive medical image registration with bounded biharmonic functions
